Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some quick and easy answers to the questions we get asked the most.

How can I buy tickets?

Tickets may be purchased through Texas Ballet Theater by phone, online or in person. The Patron Services Center is located in our brand new Fort Worth Administrative Office at 1500 Mall Circle, Fort Worth, 76116. Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can reach us at 877.828.9200, option 1. On performance days, you can reach us at the venue box office beginning 1 hour prior to the performance.

I haven't received my tickets in the mail. Where are they?

If you selected mail as your shipment method and you have not received your tickets within 10 business days of your purchase, please call the Patron Services Center at 877.828.9200 and we will help you make alternate arrangements. If you purchased tickets within 7 days of a performance, they will be held at Will Call, even if you selected to receive them by mail.

What should I do if I lose my tickets?

Don’t worry – you can still see the performance. Call the Patron Services Center at 877.828.9200 or visit the venue box office one hour prior to show time to have your tickets reprinted. If you are a member of a group reservation, you will need to provide your seating location (section, row, and seat number).

How do I exchange a ticket?

Season package holders can exchange tickets between performances of the same production with no exchange fees. If exchanging for a different venue, there is a $12 per ticket exchange fee. If exchanging for a ticket of higher value, the difference in price must be paid. Exchanges must be finalized at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled performance or fees will incur. Single tickets may be exchanged by paying a $10 per ticket exchange fee or a $12 per ticket venue exchange fee. If you are unable to make your performance, remember that ballet tickets make excellent gifts for friends! Texas Ballet Theater cannot refund ticket purchases. To exchange your tickets call the Patron Services Center at 877.828.9200, option 1.

How long is the ballet?

Exact running time can be found on the performance page.

What if I arrive late or need to leave my seat?

If you arrive late to either act, you may be prevented from sitting in your ticketed seat. You might be asked to enjoy that act of the ballet from one of the screens in the lobby, or you may be seated in overflow seating in the upper levels at the ushers’ discretion. If you are placed in late seating during Act 1, you may move back to your ticketed seat at intermission. While we do our best to accommodate latecomers, we enforce this policy to minimize distractions and disruptions to our dancers and other members of the audience.

What is a season package?

A Season Package grants you access to three or more performances in a single season. Season package subscribers receive exclusive benefits including discounts off regular ticket prices, payment plan options, priority seating, free ticket exchanges at the same venue, and access to special events. Please call the Patron Services Center at 877.828.9200 ext. 101 for more information or to purchase a season subscription.
