Adult Dance Classes

Classes designed for adults of all ages to promote movement and confidence.

Get Back in the Rhythm

Texas Ballet Theater School offers classes for adults with varying levels of experience (or none at all). Intended to bridge the gap between fitness and fun, adult classes focus on strength, flexibility and rhythm.

Dallas

Join us this year for virtual or in-person classes with TBTS Dallas faculty. Classes are organized in a 6-week course format with both Absolute Beginner and Beginner/Intermediate levels available this fall. Each in-person, 6-week course is $89.

Mask policies are based on the local COVID-19 risk levels. Current risk levels require masks for all participants. You will receive current COVID-19 policies and procedures after registration.

For $15, you can stop by the studio for a single class. Virtual single classes are $12. *Due to COVID-19, registration is required for single classes. *

GYROTONIC Lessons

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION METHOD® is a low-impact form of aerobic exercise. It is performed on specially designed equipment and ideal for people of all ages and athletic abilities. Similar to yoga and Pilates, GYROTONIC lessons build strength and mobility, improve balance and increase circulation through a harmonious flow of motion and energy.
