The ideal candidate will have 5+ years senior leadership experience, preferably within performing arts organizations of comparable size and scope; outstanding communication and team building skills; demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing techniques and financial principals. The ideal candidate will possess experience-marketing dance and be able to provide knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth marketplace. The marketing department is responsible for an earned revenue of approximately $5 million.

The Subscriptions Coordinator is a point of contact for outstanding patron service, providing a high quality experience for all patrons from initial contact through the building of an ongoing and repeat relationship. This position is responsible for accurate ticket and seating processing, handling, distribution, reconciliation and documentation of all subscription and ticket sales. The ideal candidate will possess superior customer service experience and phone skills, preferably within performing arts organizations of comparable size and scope. This is a full time, non-exempt position.

The Major Gift Officer is responsible for actively managing the strategic planning, solicitation process, direct communications and high-touch stewardship activities to acquire and retain donors within the DFW Metroplex.

The Major Gift Officer will specifically lead the solicitation process for a personal prospect portfolio of 125 – 150 mid-level major donors and prospects (each with a philanthropic capacity to contribute $10,000 – $100,000 annually) with the ultimate goal of increasing annual contributed revenue by approximately $500,000+ in the first year, building to $1.0 million+ annually over two years.

The Major Gift Officer will work collaboratively with TBT Development staff towards achievement of the overall 2015-2016 team goal of $4,125,000.
