Amanda Fairweather joins Texas Ballet Theater for her second season. Originally from Ornage, California, she begun her training at Academy of Dance under Merle Sepel and Rebecca Tsvkin, and in 2004 completed the Royal Academy of Dance solo seal examination. Ms. Fairweather attended the State University of New York Purchase College Conservatory of Dance, where she graduated Cume Laude. Ms. Fairweather would like to thank Mignon Furman for all the help and support she had given, as well, as her parents and brother for everything they have done.
