Philip Slocki began dancing at the age of seven in Clear Lake. At the age of 12, he left home to study ballet at Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, D.C where he continued his training until the age of 18. Since joining Texas Ballet Theater in 2008, Mr. Slocki has enjoyed performing roles such as Reinfield in Ben Stevenson’s Dracula, Bluebird in The Sleeping Beauty and Agnes Dei in Mozart Requiem, and is now in his tenth season with Texas Ballet Theater.

To occupy my time while waiting on my sister and to calm my competitive side

How quickly you need to pick things up

Yes I enjoy both and appreciate the opportunity to do both with TBT
What other talents do you have besides dancing?
Singing and playing the guitar; swimming and fishing

Fishing, camping and hiking with my dogs
