TBT rentals involve each production’s set and/or costumes. Rental for complete productions is less than the sum of individual set and costume rental.
Rental costs will include:
Rental Fee
Damage Deposit - refundable when no damage occurs
Costume Cleaning Fee - applicable to costumes only
Loading Fees - the expense of handling the rental items to and from storage
Insurance Certificate Specifications - cost determined by renter
Transportation Requirements - cost determined by renter
Rental agreements for larger productions will involve costs of sending a technical representative and/or a wardrobe supervisor to oversee the load-in and load-out of the production.
