Mr. Troxler expresses himself creatively with cooking and photography when he’s not dancing.

Mark Troxler, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, began his training with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School and spent summers with San Francisco Ballet School and then Houston Ballet’s Ben Stevenson Academy.  Since joining Texas Ballet Theater in 2001, Mr. Troxler has enjoyed performing the “Jester” and one of the “Ugly Stepsisters” in Cinderella, “Mercutio” in Romeo and Juliet and “Prince” in The Nutcracker.  This is his seventh season with Texas Ballet Theater.
